I want to first start off by saying I do understand that while Aveeno claims to be a 'natural' product the term 'natural' carries a lot of controversy. That being said, I do still enjoy a lot of their products for my baby and myself. I find their products simple and they have not irritated my babies skin once.
Aveeno Soothing Baby Bath Treatment : This is one of my newer products. My little one had a rash on his skin so I added a pouch of this into the warm bath water and the next day the rash was almost cleared up entirely!
Aveeno Baby Eczema Care: I have used this lotion off and on since my little one was just born. While his Eczema is pretty minor there will be flare ups from time to time and I find this has worked the best for that!
Aveeno Hand and Face Wipes: I do not use these all the time but they are handy to have with me from time to time. I will also use various other brands I love too ~I tend to mix it up depending on what is available or on sale :)
Aveeno Calming Comfort Lotion Lavender: This is another newer product I recently purchased but I loved it so much it inspired this entire post! It is perfect for at night and I absolutely love the smell! It is not overpowering at all. Again, I do use other lotions such as the Live Clean Baby Lotion (another favourite) but I have been now using this for our night time routine simply because of the lavender scent and calming properties :)
Aveeno Baby Sunscreen: I used this all summer and cannot think of a single complaint I have with this sunscreen! We spent a lot of days outdoors and my son did not get a sunburn once! It shows up white while applying but I found it to blend in fine after a few minutes. It also did not irritate my sons skin at all! Love this sunscreen!
Next are a couple Aveeno products I use myself :)
Aveeno Nourish and Condition Spray: My all time favourite oil to use in my hair is the Macadamia Hair Treatment Oil but it is pricey and since I am a stay at home mom and home a lot with my hair in a pony tail I find this does the trick. I will save my Macadamia oil if I plan on wearing my hair down and straight.
Aveeno Daily Moisturizer: I am not too picky when it comes to a daily moisturizer. Right now I am using the Honest Company lotion since I am out of this one at the moment but this a product I have repurchased many times ~ it will always have a place in my beauty cabinet! I just mix things up, again, depending on what is available or one sale. I am also pretty good about using up a product before I buy another one! This habit keeps my beauty cabinet tidy and minimal and nothing goes to waste :)
Daily Moisturizing Lotion: This has been a go to product for years now! It is a nice simple lotion with no overpowering scent and really does the trick. I love it!
There are some other Aveeno products I would love to try like the baby bubble bath for my little one and the body wash for myself.
