My Sephora Wish List

I have recently rediscovered my love for skincare & makeup and I am thrilled about it!

I used to love shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart & Sephora --picking out new products to take home and try. Actually, this love started before the YouTube craze of beauty gurus! :)

This past year I didn't spend much time researching products or even trying new ones. I still watched my favourite You Tubers but for some reason didn't actually try out their recommendations. When I started thinking about what I wanted for Christmas I was drawn to the Sephora website. I started browsing and immediately remembered how excited I use to get about the products, the packaging, and the experience of using a beloved product.

I came up with a list of a few items I would love to try plus one 'old' product that has been a staple in my beauty cabinet for years!

1. DRYBAR Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler

This product is suppose to detangle and protect hair against heat. My hair tangles easily so a reliable detangler is a must! Drybar is a brand I have always wanted to try. It is it is formulated without Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates which is a bonus.

2. FRESH Sugar Sweeties Mini Lip Duo

Fresh is a brand that I am always drawn to in Sephora. I have only ever tried their Rose Mask. Something about Fresh excites me though! I am not sure if it the name, the packaging, or the idea of using a product at a must higher price point then many of the products I use.

3. SEPHORA Pearl Sleeping Mask

I love a good face mask. I always have! I really enjoy that little extra pampering, sometimes I'll apply it with a brush to amp up the whole experience. I remember when my cousin and I used to do them when we were little, we loved the Freeman ones from Wal-Mart. My favourite to this day is still the Freeman Strawberry Smoothie one :)

4. CLINIQUE Moisture Surge

This mask is a staple in my beauty cabinet. Nights I apply it I can tell right away in the morning because my skin radiates! What I love the most about it, is the smell, I am immediately transported back to Laguna Beach, California where my husband and I spent our honeymoon. I remember using it every night after spending the day on the beach in sunny California!

5. DIOR Nail Glow

This is a product I am very excited to try! I hope it does what it promises. Something about having freshly painted nails puts me in a really good mood. I am a new mom and do not find the time to paint my nails like I used to and the amount of dishes I wash and cleaning I do the nail polish just doesn't last. If this product works it will be a total game changer!

6. SEPHORA COLLECTION Wonderful Stars Eye and Face Palette

I have always been a big fan of Two-Faced palettes, but this palette definitely had me intrigued. I love having the option of matte and shimmering eye shadows in one pallete. It is nice that it comes with a blush and highlight as well. On the Sephora website the description describe the palette as travel-size, making it perfect to travel with too!

7 & 8. DRYBAR BLONDE ALE Brightening Shampoo & Conditioner

I have blonde baylage highlights and while baylage is less maintenance then traditionally highlights it can definitely get expensive. I want to protect my investment.

9. LANEIGE Goodnight Kit

This kit includes sample sizes of their lip sleeping mask and water sleeping mask. Something about hydrating and treating my skin while I sleep makes me happy!

...well that wraps up my Sephora wish list -- if I could pick only one from my list I would pick the fresh Sugar Sweeties Mini Lip Duo
